Taylor is beyond proud to be the owner of Snaggle Foot Cleveland West. She hails from Toledo, Ohio where she lived from birth until 18 years old. Taylor attended the University of Dayton from 2008-2012 and received her undergraduate degree in pre-physical therapy/ general sciences. She moved to Cleveland after college to pursue opportunities within the business world. Taylor worked towards her MBA while managing a new business called “Kids Play” in Avon Lake, OH. She graduated with her business degree in 2015 and moved into the corporate world of Jimmy Johns. Through all of these endeavors, Taylor realized she had a great passion for working with animals. She longed to open a business in which she could pursue that desire.
Taylor has been caring for pets since she was young. Her first dogs, Sport (German Shepherd) and Urbo (Pomeranian), were a source of comfort and companionship throughout her childhood years. Growing up an only child, Taylor often found herself taking on the responsibility of caring for her dogs. She loved taking her dogs to the track where she competitively raced Motocross. When she moved away for college, Taylor adopted Romeo, a cute, little Pomeranian. Taylor loved Romeo like a child. He lived with her throughout her college years and eventually made the move to Cleveland. In 2013, Taylor´s grandma was moved to a nursing home, leaving Lulu (her grandma’s Toy Poodle) without a caretaker. Taylor jumped on this opportunity and took Lulu into her home. Lulu and Romeo became instant best friends and Taylor couldn’t have been happier!
Romeo was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2015. He became very lethargic and required daily
shots of insulin. Taylor stuck by Romeo´s side every step of the way and gave him the best at-home care possible. Romeo passed away in March of 2016 leaving Taylor and Lulu heartbroken. Knowing that Lulu needed a new friend and companion, Taylor adopted Moose, the German Shepherd, later that month.
Taylor currently resides in Bay Village, OH with Moose, Lulu, and her fiancé Nora. She is so happy to finally pursue her passion and care for all pets. Taylor has recognized the need for pet services within the Cleveland community and is grateful to fulfil that demand.

She lives in Avon with her husband, mother, and daughter. Her pets include 2 cats (Mavis and Pippin) and 2 dogs (Rocky and Cricket). All rescues! Her active lifestyle and love of animals make Nora a great fit on Team Snagglefoot!
Hailey is a young, energetic animal enthusiast! From dogs and cats to fish and horses, she has been surrounded by and loved animals her entire life. Prior to joining Snaggle Foot, Hailey gained experience while pet sitting for her family, friends, neighbors, working at dog parks, boarding kennels, and through a nationwide pet sitting company. She has big plans to return to school to major in business and marketing, become certified in Pet CPR and First Aid, and volunteer at local animal shelters in her spare time. She has a tabby cat named Nash, which is short for Nashville, and two pets that have Harry Potter inspired names! Her black cat Nox was named after a spell to turn off the lights, and her dog, a Border Collie mix named Luna Lovegood, after one of the characters. All of her pets have been rescued at shelters! In her spare time, Hailey enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her sister-in-law at the horse barn for 4H.
